Idea on Monday, prod URL on Monday. Appadday is the rhythm — every weekday I take a concept, scaffold it with Claude Code, wire it to Supabase + Vercel, and ship a real app the same day.

Why
Long roadmaps are where ideas die. Appadday compresses the loop until the only honest question is 'is this shipped today, yes or no' — which kills theatre and surfaces what actually matters.
How
- One concept per weekday, picked at start-of-day
- Scaffold + wire to Supabase + Vercel via APPAI
- Ship before signing off — even if scope shrinks
