Appadday

One shipped app per day.

Idea on Monday, prod URL on Monday. Appadday is the rhythm — every weekday I take a concept, scaffold it with Claude Code, wire it to Supabase + Vercel, and ship a real app the same day.

  • Idea → live URL in one POM-day
  • End-to-end: build, push, deploy, measure
  • 100 apps target for 2026
Why

Long roadmaps are where ideas die. Appadday compresses the loop until the only honest question is 'is this shipped today, yes or no' — which kills theatre and surfaces what actually matters.

How
  • One concept per weekday, picked at start-of-day
  • Scaffold + wire to Supabase + Vercel via APPAI
  • Ship before signing off — even if scope shrinks

FAQ
What does "ship the same day" actually mean?
Prod URL on a real domain (or a Vercel preview) before sign-off, with auth + one viable feature working. Scope shrinks until that's true; the URL is the discipline.
What if today's idea turns out to be bad?
Kill it before lunch and pick another. The discipline is daily shipping, not daily heroics — bad ideas should die fast and the slot reassigns the same morning.
How is this different from a hackathon?
Hackathons are once-a-quarter sprints. Appadday is a daily rhythm with a fleet to absorb each shipped app and an APPAI cockpit to orchestrate the chaos at scale.
In production
  • Fleet launch sprint

13 sites shipped across a fleet launch sprint — one concept per weekday, live URL by EOD.

    See it
  • Median build time < 1 POM-day

Idea to prod URL in a single working day across the fleet. The discipline is the live URL, not the feature set.

  • Scoped to fit, not extended

If today's idea doesn't fit today, shrink scope — never extend the day. The deadline is the design.
