Education
Personalised learning, instrumented teachers.
I build learning experiences where every student gets a tutor and every teacher gets a co-pilot — grounded in source materials, assessed in real time, exportable to any LMS.
- Per-student adaptive paths mapped to curriculum graph
- Teacher co-pilot reads lesson plans and flags gaps before class
- Assessment agents mark, grade, and surface cohort patterns in real time
- LMS-export ready — no locked-in format
Schools sit on a mountain of structured data — syllabi, transcripts, assessment history — but none of it talks to each other. AI closes the loop: every student gets a personalised path, every teacher gets a co-pilot who has read the whole file.
- Map the curriculum to a mastery graph; each student node tracks progress per concept
- Agent co-pilot ingests the teacher's lesson plan and surfaces gaps before class
- Assessment agents mark and grade; cohort analytics surface struggling students early
- Personalisation model
- per-student
- Integration target
- any LMS via export
- Assessment cadence
- real-time
- Does AI replace teachers in this model?
- No — it co-pilots them. The teacher owns pedagogy and relationship; the AI handles diagnosis, adaptive paths, and explanation-on-demand so the teacher spends more time with learners and less on admin.
- How is learner data protected?
- Per-learner profiles are scoped, encrypted at rest, never used to train upstream models. Parents/admins get clear retention controls; we run with the strictest sector defaults (GDPR + Children's Code in UK).
- What outcomes have you seen?
- Where deployed with engaged teachers, ~30% faster mastery on the adaptive path and 2× re-teach efficiency (knowing exactly what didn't stick, not guessing). Variance is high — depends on the teacher more than the model.
- Adaptive learner co-pilot (POC)
Diagnostic + adaptive path + clinician-style co-pilot. ~30% faster mastery where teachers are engaged.
- GDPR + Children's Code by default
Per-learner scoping, encryption at rest, no upstream training. Strictest sector defaults shipped from day one.
- AI-fluent teachers, not replaced ones
Teacher owns pedagogy; AI handles diagnosis, explanation-on-demand, marking. Less admin, more learners.
